Our story begins in Potenza, in the heart of Southern Italy, where the owner first fell in love with the scents, traditions, and simple joys of true Italian cooking. In the family kitchen, they learned that great food is more than a recipe, it is craftsmanship, patience, and heart. Those early moments sparked a passion that would guide them for a lifetime.
At nineteen, driven by the desire to grow and to honour the flavours they cherished, the owner left their hometown and moved to Rome. There, surrounded by Italy’s culinary heritage, they deepened their craft, embracing the soulful rhythms of traditional Italian cuisine, honest, artisanal, and made with care.
London became the next chapter. A city full of possibility, it was here that the owner joined the team at Riva Restaurant, refining their skills and shaping a dream: to create a place where the warmth of Italy could be felt in every detail, and where each dish could tell a story of home.
That dream came to life in October 2025 with the opening of Ostuni Restaurant. A place born from passion, rooted in tradition, and crafted with the hands and heart of someone who has carried a piece of Italy with them at every step.
Today, Ostuni Restaurant welcomes its guests to savour not just a meal, but a journey, one made of memories, heritage, and the timeless art of Italian cooking.
